Man On Roof Waiting For God

The man waved the helicopter away shouting back that he was waiting for god to save him.

As the flood waters rose a man was on the porch of his house and prayed that god would save him from drowning in the flood. A religious man is on top of a roof during a great flood.

The waters rose higher and higher and eventually they rose so high that the man on the roof was washed away and alas the poor man drowned. Heavenly father he said i had faith in you.

Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof jump in i can save you the stranded fellow shouted back no it s ok i m praying to god and he is going to save me. He went to heaven where he sees god. The flooding water came over the roof and caught him up and swept him away. Soon the man was forced to climb up onto his roof.

Sadly the drowning man did drown. A helicopter flew by and a man inside lowered a rope and shouted down for the stranded man to climb up the rope. A man comes by in a boat and says get in get in the religous man replies no i have faith in god he will grant me a miracle later the water is up to his waist and another boat comes by and the guy tells him to get in again. But the man still wouldn t get in.

Thanks but no thanks mate. He says to god i prayed every day and was a very religious man. A helicopter flew by and a voice came over a loudspeaker offering to lower a ladder and take him off the roof. Naturally the speedboat driver offered to rescue this man.

The man in the house said no thanks i m waiting for god to rescue me can you see where this is going the waters kept on rising. God will save me and so the man that had come to save the drowning man returned to shore. The man on the porch said no thanks i m waiting for god to rescue me. The man in the boat invited the other man to get in and he d save him. He responds that he has faith in god and god will give him a miracle. I m waiting for my god to save me the drowning man said.
